How can you stop a runaway train?

ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Taxpayers do NOT have unlimited resources

  • Everyone needs to live within their means

  • Councils need to budget carefully, spend wisely and avoid debt

  • Master Plans are only good if they are affordable.

  • SIX councillors can vote to pass a budget.

  • In 2024 Council passed an 8.7% increase. I VOTED NO! It passed anyway.

  • In 2025 Council passed a 6.3% increase. I VOTED NO! It passed anyway.

I've travelled a bit !

After graduating from Althouse College at Western University, I had the opportunity to live in Europe for two years teaching Chemistry at a Canadian private school in Switzerland. I got to travel around a bit and got to see some interesting places. But looking back I can honestly say “There’s no place like Home!

The Pond du Gard was built by the Romans over 2000 years ago. I walked over the top of it from one side to the other! I’m not sure if i would do it again. No rails and a long way down!
