We are lucky to have a conscientious , well intended developer willing to do good things in Ward Four.
Robert was instrumental in the County adopting the "THREE E" approach to better traffic safety in our Hamlets and Villages.
EDUCATION ; ENFORCEMENT ; ENGINEERING
Along with better enforcement we need to make people better aware of the problems by education and we can use engineering (signs, pavement paintings, traffic calming devices, road design etc.) to help calm the traffic.
We are in the initial stages of the new program and it is having positive effects.
